Vegan pancakes

Super delicious and fluffy pancakes for a successful breakfast prepared quickly and easily!

Vegan pancakes

Servings 8 pancakes

Ingredients
  

  • 4 tbsp aquafaba (egg replacement) chickpea water
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 60 g applesauce
  • 100 g vegetable milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste
  • 45 g sugar
  • 1 package vanilla sugar
  • 200 g flour
  • 1/2 package baking powder
  • 1 pinchh of cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • To make the delicious vegan pancakes, first whip the aquafaba together with a pinch of salt until stiff for about 2 minutes.
  • In a large separate bowl, stir together the applesauce, plant-based milk, vanilla paste, sugar, vanilla sugar, flour, baking powder, and cinnamon until combined.
  • Finally, fold in the aquafaba.
  • Tip: Do not fold in too long or the air will come out.
  • In a large frying pan, fry the pancakes with a little oil for about 1 minute per side.
  • Now you can enjoy the pancakes with fresh fruit, applesauce or maple syrup.
