Quick and easy hummus to dip for any party, as well as a delicious spread and perfect as a spicy meat side dish. Keep the chickpea water (aquafaba) because you can use it to make vegan chocolate mousse or vegan pancakes.
Curry hummus
Ingredients
- 200 g Chickpeas drained from the can
- 1 tbsp yogurt or vegan yogurt
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp honey or sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves of garlic
- salt
- 2 tsp curry powder
- chili
- 1 tbsp fresh or frozen herbs
- Some chopped mint
Instructions
- You can also make this delicious dip vegan by simply substituting the yogurt and honey.
- Drain the chickpeas and collect the chickpea water (aquafaba). You can use this to make other delicious recipes, such as vegan pancakes or chocolate mousse.
- In a large bowl, add the chickpeas, yogurt, orange juice, sesame oil, honey, lemon juice, garlic cloves, salt, curry powder, chili, fresh or frozen herbs and mint.
- Now use a blender to chop everything. Finally, you can season the dip to your taste.Bon appetit
